Galleon Pharmaceuticals is a clinical-stage company that focuses on building a portfolio of novel medicines for breathing control conditions, such as: sleep apnea, ventilator weaning, anesthetic/analgesic-induced respiratory depression, COPD, obesity-hypoventilation syndrome, and several other less common diseases. In January 2007, a syndicate of top-tier life science venture capital investors funded the Company. Galleon is located in Horsham, Pennsylvania (20 miles north of Philadelphia).
